Protoson

--------------
Protoson was formed in 1997 by John Hancock and Scott Abel, two Auckland-based musicians inspired by the sound of early 90s electronic music.

The result is a combination of organic (and not-so-organic) rhythms and textured soundscapes, melded with guitar and keyboard improvisation.

They have performed at a number of festivals and live events throughout New Zealand and have recently completed a new self-titled release, now available online.
